BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!

Do not use this VOX. Their service, support, billing department are collectively on par with Telkom. We have been with VOX for 2 years. I don't know for a residential side if they are any better (I would assume not), but for a business solution we have experienced ENDLESS issues. Whether it is internet,voice or billing. Their fibre is always, without fail, down at least 2-3 times a month. Voice quality for VOIP has been the same. Their APN services are 80-90 down or experiencing issues. The account manager does sound like he is trying his best but it does feel like the saying " you can put lipstick on a ***, but it's still a ***". I hope this finds companies out there that are looking to do upgrades or a change over to other providers to NOT GO WITH VOX, unless you have Bruce Lee patience.
