I have signed up Fibre with Vox on the 03/06/2019 and they told me that this may take 4 to 6 weeks to be completed. When I told Tiffiny that Telkom had cancelled my LTE within a day (I wanted them to cancel by 30/06/2019), she said she will help me to speed up the process. Today, 14/06/2019, my fibre with Vox is up and running. Thank you Vox for the professional and speedy services that all of you have given me.
