The best service i received in a very long time.I want to congratulate Lesedi Molopyane for his professional and absolute brilliant service tonight.

I am a new Vox customer and it was my first time dealing with the call centre.Lesedi answered my call and assisted me immediately.After i told him that i struggle to connect to wifi,he immediately know what the problem was.He explained step by step that he is going to forward the problem to the tactical team and i was happy with his service.To my surprise i received a call later from Lesedi to confirm that my technical problem was solved and that he wanted me to make sure that i am connected and happy.
