Best effort for Adsl...

If Vox works, it’s a good service provider to be with. If there are issues, it’s very hard to say you getting top notch service. I logged a ticket which I was hoping would be resolved as it was working for two days.

I was down for 3 days and requested compensation (I am sure I’ve paid in advance I’d have to check), but because the adsl support is done best effort, I’ll most likely be waiting another 3 days before it’s resolved.

I’m not sure if Vox is competing with the standards of Telkom or not. Hard to say. ***

I don’t know if I should be angry or not anymore. I think I should start looking somewhere else.

I’m sure though had my payments been best effort, there would be issues.
