Best Customer Service Ever From VOX.

I recently decided to use VOX for my Wi-Fi needs as I had endless problems with RAIN and I must say the service has been nothing but EXEPTIONAL.

The sub-contractor ( ARS ) that did physical installation at the house was very professional and the work was done super neat and very punctual.

Once the router arrived the service technician MR William Viljoen took an hour and 30 minutes out of his day to walk the elderly gentleman through the process of how to set up and connect the router step by step.

He even went out of his way to assist in setting up the smart TV and the phones as the elderly gentleman is not fami**** with the new technology at all.

Once this was done the gentleman phoned me straight away and said that was the friendliest and BEST service he has ever received.

For that I would like to sincerely THANK MR William Viljoen for his exceptional customer service kindness and patience and going the extra mile, it made the world of difference to the older gentleman.

MR William Viljoen you are a true gentleman, and your exceptional customer service speaks volumes sir.

VOX is indeed fortunate to have you as an employee. I will certainly recommend VOX to anyone that requires Wi-Fi.
