Below Sub Standard service
Customer service is absolutely non existent at VOX. My internet connection has been down for more than a week now, numerous e-mails, telephone calls, whatsapps and yet I receive no assistance or feedback for a product that I have to pay in advance for but is not working.
Your service and client relations has been absolutely below sub standard, needless to say you have just lost another client!
