Been battling to get service for 2 weeks now

Been battling with vox to get connection since the 4th of December after they changed from cell c to telkom. I phone EVERYDAY atleast 4 times and am promised that someone will phone back and they working on the issue. Still no service. Was supposed to be back online yesterday "by the latest 6pm ma'am", suprise suprise 7:36pm the next day and still no service and no one has bothered phoning me back. Beyond useless service provider.
