Becareful what you being charged for with Vox telecom

I only recently discovered that we have been charged for ADSL services since 2013. This is not what we signed up for. We only required email services from them. When I requested a signed contract or proof of data usage, they cannot provide me with one. I am having a really hard time claiming a credit from them.
