BE WARE OF VOX
HI ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I USED VOX FOR HOME FIRBE ..THE INTERNET NEVER WORKED THE LINE WAS DEAD ...DUE TO MANY CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE AND 2 TECS BEING SENT OUT LINE DID NOT WORK... I THEN CANCELLED THE LINE ... NOW I AM BEING EMAILED OF A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FROM VOX SAYING I OWE THE 2000 AND SOME CHANGE .. MY ARGUMENT IS I WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE SERVICE ... NOW IM EXPECTED TO PAY FOR A CANCELLATION FEE.. I HAVE SENT ALL THE EQUI[MENT BACK SO WHY SHOULD I BE PAYING FOR FOR THIS WHEN THE DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ANY SERVICE AT ALL.. THE SERVICE NEVER WORKED THEY FOR THAT 2 MONTHS ... NOW WAT ..
