Be careful - be very, very careful of dealing with them.

Be careful - they might force you into a contract you never wanted. I wanted to get fibre via Vox and since our area does not have fibre yet, they offered me a Wifi first, then a fibre later deal. I told them upfront many times and via WhatsApp, that I would not want a deal without a fixed timeline and that I would like to put it in the contract (as I was in a situation of endless wifi instead of fibre with Neotel a while ago. the salesman agreed more than once, but here is the catch: They do not do paper contracts and before you know the contract is done electronically and the wifi antenna is installed. I then ordered them to remove the wifi antenna since I have no timeline for the fibre installation. The next moment an invoice arrives with a very cheeky credit controller (Anton) threatening me. I then reported them to the ISP Association of South Africa who ordered them to nullify the contract and give me a credit note.

Please be careful of entering into business with them - get everything on paper the old way and make double sure - they have no sympathy with customers / prospective customers
