Be aware Vox telecoms contracts with crazy R17000 cancelation fee for relocating.

Be aware of the ****************, I have signed up for 24 month contract 100mbps fiber line, and unfortunately the house we are renting, had to be sold within the first 6 months of the contract, we moved into new house that is 2 streets down and i contacted Vox Telecom in August already to say is we are relocating and how do I get line moved. I was adviced that fiber line can't be moved. So i asked what must I then do and with a now we making money smile the agents of each deparment almost said you must pay cancelation fee. So I said ok what is the fee and Vox Telecom said you must pay R17000 (seventeen thousand rand) to end the contract and you must apply for new fiber line. So this means I must pay the full remaining 18 months and basically not get anything for it, it is just giving R17000, I dont have R17000 just laying here. So they say I have a special link or IP allocated to my address. So i want to know why cant this technology not have planned to be moved. And that this be made public and printed in bold on adverti*****ts. Why can't there be just be a fee for the link to be canceled or moved. And why must I pay for service and data and all in full to just end it and loose it all. I DONT HAVE R17000 TO END IT AND WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR SOMETHING I NEVER SEE AGAIN. VOX CAN SEND LAWYERS AND BLACKLIST ME BUT I WILL NOT PAY IT. And if I still continue to pay for the link at old house will this mean the new owners will not be able to have fiber because I own that link to the address.
