I’d love to commend Bavuyile Ntanga for his outstanding service. He assisted me with switching from WiFi to fibre, and the process was handled both efficiently and with continuous communication throughout. Even during moments when I forgot to get back to him or delayed in providing the necessary information, he remained patient and consistent with his follow-ups. He truly had his finger on the pulse at all times. I’m genuinely impressed with his work ethic and the level of service he provided.
