Bas Service , Negligence of account
Vox is very negligent when is comes to rectifying concerns about accounts. Moreover, they do not respect the debit order mandate agreement. They unduly debited my account without my permission as they created a DOUBLE account unnecessarily. Genuinely disappointed by their service.
