Bait marketing, beware!

Stay away!

Vox’s website uses bait marketing to attract clients, which clearly transgresses the Consumer Protection Act!

I had an LTE package which varies too much in speed and wanted to change to an alternative. I decided on ADSL also with VOX which promised higher speeds.

On their website you are required to enter your address to check which services are available at your address.

I entered my address and ADSL shows it was available and that I could order it which I did.

I then canceled my LTE package as they have a one month notice period to prevent paying double service fees for as short a period as possible.

I was then informed two weeks later that ADSL is actually not available at my address.

Vox misled me on there website regarding the ADSL and is now avoiding my emails to reduce the activation fee which I had to incur to re-sign up for the variable LTE package. Essentially make me pay an activation fee twice for the same service.

All would have been avoided had their website never shown that ADSL was not available at my address in which case I would have retained my LTE package as I do now after the re-sign up.
