Bad Vox Internet

Vox send technical guy to work on line ,he reboot router and 3 days later my Vox is still not working. This is bad service. I’m having this problem for a few months now and it looks like the only thing Vox can do is to reboot router and wish for the best. Can sombody help ?????? this is my second review on Hellopeter in the last 2 weeks .

Thank you Vox for calling me back,the guy told me to get an extra mesh network system or get extra internet cablel conection to my office to stop internet from timing out.
I also update my appel tv box ,so hopefully i do not have problems any more.
