Bad terrible service, staff sounds irritated 😤 when we call

Service is terrible honestly. I've been having technical issues. Service is down ! On a regular. I literally have to call in. They promised to send out technical support. This call was done before Christmas. To date not a single technical person called. Begging for Service when the service is not cheap! Disappointed in VOX !
