Bad services from vox telecom
I recently moved to vox but the services is horrible. How can someone log in a wrong account with wrong details? They don't even follow up on their customers after a fault is logged. Fault number Vox***6. I am starting to regret applying for this service as it is disappointing me even before we have a journey together

08 Aug 2020, 08:16One call from the agent on the 06th of August and still no response. I regret choosing this services now. And to top it up I even got a bill on a line that does not exist.
