Bad service,no work ethic,my worst mistake 2023

My name is Muner Du Toit I moved my Fibre to Vox Telecom it was the worst move I could've ever made my internet has been an issue for almost a month I was the one that found out what the issue was it costed me buying another router to find out the problem is with the Fibre box that is 9 months old so i needed someone to come out and repair it but is has been 1 month since I started having an issue my Isp which is Vox is telling for the past 3 weeks they are waiting for a response from Vumtel I had to resort to buying a Vodacom 3g router just so that my wife could do her work I am at my last resort I am canceling my 2 packages that I took out and I will advise anyone deciding to move to Vox to think twice
