Bad service to no service from Vox and Vumatel

Bad service in East Londen. Vox and Vumatel was supposed to install fibre to the home at my new address. Vox also have couriered the router out of Elandsfontein for installation. They check everything to be fine and we signed the contact. They send an email confirming installation for the 17th of May, then for the 18th of May, then for installation between the 20/21 st of May. Then made a appointment for Friday the 22nd of May at 12. Then only after one on Friday the 22nd they send me an wattsapp to cancel seeing that there is no fibre line but if you go onto Vox website the congratulation you seeing that you do have fibre coverage.
