Bad service terrible I am very dissapointed

I wish I could give a 0 star review because this company's service is totally pathetic . Our black router decid to not work anymore from this morning but the people there just does not care my husband has phone this company 3 times today this morning they told him we will receive a call back within the next 2 to 3 hours which did not happen now they just say their technitions are busy how confient You pay for something you cannot use sound more like eskom to me
