BAD SERVICE ON MY BUSINESS WEBHOSTING AND EMAIL SERVIVES

I have been a customer of Vox for more than 10 years using their email service for personal use as well as for email and webhosting services for my business.

Last week I requested to change the existing Windows webhosting to Linux webhosting. I am under lockdown overseas and had to arrange everything via emails, using both my personal and business emails. I received really good service from Frank Thomas, who kept me up to date and provide me with timelines by when the process will be completed. Everything went smoothly until Monday 29 June. Suddenly I could not sent emails on my business email, nor did I receive any emails. I tried to log into my account, but it indicated that the account doesn't exist. I tried to do a live chat with support but I was logged out of that service. I sent an urgent email using my personal email address and requested that the issue be resolved immediately. I am still waiting for feedback from Vox. I called the call centre this morning and was told that the issue is with their core team for investigation. Apparently the reason I have this problem is because Vox doesn't have record off my business email address, an email address that is in use since I transferred my domain name to Vox in 2009. How is it possible that they don't have any record? On top of it I provided all documents for Rica last week. One should expect that Vox will contact you if they have a problem with any of the information they have on record, but that didn't happen at all. During the webhost transfer process they communicated through my personal email address and could have kept on communicating using that email.

I am really disappointed with the service I got from Vox.
