Bad service no help

Don't buy anything from them they lie and ***** ur money I have placed a order I'm a client of vox for just over a year but getting any extra u need bank statements my line is always giving me problems I call it works for 2 mins and goes back to **** I started with a 10/2 they told me take the 20/2 now I have to take 50/5 everything is money with these sharks trust me guys they fast to sell you something but sales team needs jacking up support needs jacking up this hole vox needs new leadership as u are sinking fast with ur service level all my friends has left vox becs of the same problem and I'll be the next one to do the same and try phone sales team u never win I placed order in December and always asking for bank statement for someone that has a account u don't need my statements as I worked in telecoms I no how new sales work get ur **** together I want answer to my problems
