bad service masked as good

so, after 5 days without connectivity numerous calls to their call center, the issue is eventually resolved. They send me an email with the link to rate them. what qualifies as good service?

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the connectivity issues were resolved after the Network Provider , Vumatel restored the link.
