bad service from vox telecom

my name its edward thabo moatshe am not happy with the service i got from vox telecom.its being 3day with out connection ...and everyday in the morning the is no internet of the past 3day i have to cal the ask the that i have a problem with the sim or network ......the never called me i have one referene but still the was no call from the campany...still today i did give the a call but nathng happend and am new client..... am so disspointed in this campany all the do or say they well get back to you but nathng my facebok page is fatima moathse they can contact me *** cellphone
