Bad service from Vox and vumatel

Got an install from bryte Monday, numeriouse failed requests on the line, no response from the website request to a I'll check and call back tomorrow on Thursday, to 3 people giving me the run around, 3rd agreed to cancell and cutt me off. Spoke to person 4, very helpful tlin his own way, till I said as per the 3rd person I spoke to before him, I want to cancell, then I hey told I must pay R2700.00 cancelation fee as vumatell was iny premises, but Vox has no line installed. No answer from vumatell on emails or the call center or a direct line I have. Every e was helpful in the start, now nothing. Only good service was from the bryte installation team
