Bad Service from Vox
Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Vox. I’ve been dealing with Waren Johnson and have not been able to get any assistance.
I had ordered a UPS and cancelled it. However Vox still proceeded with the delivery. I asked them to arrange collection and this has not yet been done. I have since received an invoice for an unreturned hardware. I’ve been calling Vox to arrange for collection and haven’t received any assistance 2 weeks later.
