Bad service

I did not accept the debit order mandate yet they debited my account, how, I have no idea.

The do not explicitly state that the sim card will not work in another only wait for customers to order their sim card so they can debit them without consent. Spent the entire month without a service, one agent said they would calculate the amount of data I used then charge according to that, but to my surprise, they even debit my account without my approval. This is basically ***** and they're most likely going to attempt to debit more money from my account
