Bad Service

I had high hope for good service but today I was very disappointed by Vox! Got a call from a Vox representative yesterday and she asked if I am available today for my internet connection I was very happy to spend the whole day waiting for the technician but no technician! One whole day wasted! Bad start with Vox!!!
