Bad Service

Poor service - poor communication. Repeatedly been told they will get back to us to resolve the issue but to no avail. A representative had a meeting with us and promised to resolve everything - he doesnt even get back to us now.

Now we want to cancel and get told we liable for cancellation fees. Suddenly there is communication wanting money, but when we wanted service there was none!!!

Vox - you put so much effort into the "sale" and then leave your customers high and dry. We wont be using you and DEFINITELY will not pay any "cancellation" fees. You should be ashamed of ourselves considering the competition out there!
