Bad service

I app**** for fiber with vox. Ok I understand installing the fibre and router takes time. But they installed everything and then they installed the router ok no connection to internet. The technical said it wil go on quickly. Wel it's a week later. I am fed up of foneing them and then the say they wil come back to me but they don't i have wasted so much airtime on these people. If my internet is not on by tonight. I am going to cancel my fibre with them pull out all the fibre wires from my house put it in a box and throw it outside for them
