Bad service

I have decided to never use their services again. There were times when we would lose connection for hours without explanation. Calling was pointless, long queue wasting airtime then told that I would be added to notifications without really solving the connection issue. They billed us for the month we were no longer using Internet for then billed us penalty fees as well for cancelling before 12 month period. I understood the penalty but being charged for internet I wasn't going to be able to use for the whole month was not okay. Lost close to R4000 to these guys.
