Bad service delivery and communication.

Valhalla, Centurion area. Vox Telecom & Telkom could be the worst combination for ISP in South Africa at this moment. I have been struggling with a broken connection for two weeks now and neither Vox nor Telkom has made any progress in this matter. I wish this was the first time in the last year this has happened but its more like the 6th. All bills are paid to date and this is the level of service you can expect. No communication whatsoever. The issue is always 'escalated' with no further effort. Sure the lines get ******, we live in South Africa after all, but does it really have to take the better part of a month to repair?
