Bad service

I have app**** for home fibre on Vox. They never answer calls they have out office messages and never reply. They said Vumatel would fobtact me Monday to come install. Today I called Cumatel and they do not even have me listed on their system. Once you accept a quote you cannnlt cancel order I have a medical emergency condition and debilitated to a degree and have explained. They make all the promises and do not bother to make an effort that the consultants they assign you bother to answer. I have emails and they record calls. Device is just unacceptable.
