bad service

Vox Telecoms provides no feedback to clients at all. After 5 weeks waiting for my order to get done no feedback received regarding my order. There is no communication from them and when finally reaching through to someone, they can't help because everyone thatcan help has gone home After numerous phone call I still haven't received any feedback. Only after I call then I get told there is a problem with my order... not the first time in the last 5 weeks ...I immediately regret reaching out to them for service. I am really thinking of canceling everything.
