bad service

my adsl has been off for a week. i phone Vox the 2nd day it was off. i was informed they will look into it. 3rd day i was informed they logged a enquiry with telkom,a week later nobody came back to me. when i phoned them,i was informed that on my account it shows someone did phone on the same day i phoned them but no one ever phoned me back. I will not be paying in full this month as i am considering another ISP
