Bad service
Actually had to select a rating to write a review for Vox if i had a choice no rating will be good Been calling since Thursday listening to music forever with no answer even sent emails no replies Vox is quick with disconnecting but when it comes to service no response
Vox please fix my internet or cancel my service in order for me to move to a ISP that respond or answer calls

26 Dec 2022, 19:17Thanks for your quick response however they have acknowledged a email i have sent on 23rd for help and since now no one has made effort in sorting this out. I will believe it one it happen but for now i dont see it happening
