Bad service by Vox
We have been struggling with closing this account since last year December, service number :VOX***8, We busy getting threatening messages of being handed over to legal but we got confirmation email the account will be closed by the 31st January an the equipment will be collected which was not done. This company has given very disgusting service since an we regret the day we joined it. How do u get threatening messages but your service is poor, we have to go here to get attention because our emails are ignored, request for cancellation was already send last year already but poor bad service.
