Bad Service (Billings Department)

I was offline from the 7th to the 14th of December 2024 without any connectivity. I queried the invoice for December 2024 or January 2025 so that I do not pay for the days I was offline. The invoice for December 2024 went off on its date, and it was the same amount as when I have connectivity, but then I was off for a whole week. The turnaround time with Vuma is 3 days, but I was offline for 7 days. I have taken and showed screenshots with time stamps that the delay was on Vox to report the problem to Vuamtel, yet they still do not want to assist. I needed assistance on this matter so that I do not pay for the days I was off for the January 2025 invoice?

Below is the response I got from your team.

Good day, David

Kindly note that we have sent the details of your complaint to the Customer Service team.

Fibre and Telecommunications Products are best effort Broadband Services, which does not provide full reliability on all additional services.

There is no Service Level Agreement between Vox and the customer with regards to resolution timeframes of downtime and provision of strength on different PlayStation/Gaming/Internet TV connections or any other services making use of the Broadband Services.

There is also no agreement which guarantees 100% uptime or a credit for downtime, should there be any.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 Kind Regards,
 Vox
