Bad service

I took UPS contract to avoid situations of when we have load shedding we can’t access wifi Lately now after an hour the UPS stops working vs previously where we could go up to 3&half hours, to now just one hour and the price of the UPs went up but can someone pls explain to me why from so many hours to just one hour after electricity has gone
