Bad service bad company

Vox really is the worse company don't join them let's get one ting st8 as fair as I know by all companies if you take a 24 month contract and after the 24 months the router is yours what nonsense is this of vox that after the 24 months they take the router back then what's the point of paying extra if it's just to rent I wanted to take LTE-A with the B618 router for R419 for 24 months thinking the router would be mine then I get told no we take it back after 24 months this really horrible this company is a horrible customer and the service is horrible to the consultant didn't even seem to want the sale she didn't even sound like she wants to help its a good thing I didn't join this company this is horrible I'll go to mweb at least by them when the contract ends you get to keep the router how can you expect customers to pay extra for the router for 24 months then take it back like this just worg I'm not gonna waste my money on. Vox at least there are better companies that actually want customers
