Bad service

We placed an order in August 2020 for fibre to be installed, nothing installed or received from supplier. We app**** then in October 2020 with a different provider and the order from vox is blocking the installation. We phoned numerous times and was told the order was cancelled. We followed up through webafrica that sent confirmation that the ISP is blocked to our address. We feel it ia pathetic that you advertise to deliver a service no service was provided and now you can't even use a different service provider. This is the worst experience ever. Please don't go through vox as no services will be provided
