BAD SERVICE AND NOT PROMISES NOT KEPT!

BAD SERVICE!! NO signal in full house as promised!! I was promised that my house will be FULL of Wifi !! NOT even 3 rooms in my house has WIFI! I asked before Any installation was done if the speed was enough and I was TOLD YES because fiber can not throttle!! No throttle and Uncapped!! Now I am told that I need to pay in extra to extent!! THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO ME! from the start I have asked will the fiber cover my whole yard and house and I was told YES!!! I was told its a month to month contract now its yes if you cancel in 12 MONTHS you need to pay over R2800!!! My Wifi is hanging!!! I am frustrated and Super disappointed in the way they do business!! I was with RAIN and had over 100 download and upload speed!! THIS was explained to them from the start!! I called on Friday 21 May and was told that the package was cancelled and that they will come fetch the router... Then today 24 May When I called I was tolled no I have to give them a months notice and I will pay for the installation. I really feel I was ****med into this as The sales person promised things that was not true and Also every time I called was told something else! I was also told by the technician that he can not TEST anything before he activated and installed everything SO WHY IS THIS NOW MY PROBEM TO PAY!!!
