Bad service and no response

I ordered a satellite internet and phone from Yahclick/Vox Telecom for installation in a very remote location. It was vital that we make all the arrangements before a certain date.<br> <br> Despite many promises to get back to me, we are now very near the deadline. My router has not been delivered and I still have no idea if and when and by whom my installation will be done.<br> <br> Due to their incompetence we will have to be off the grid for three weeks.<br> <br> And there I thought Telkom is bad...<br> <br> Not impressed...
