Bad service

Unfortunately I decided to sign up with vox, and despite having my line and cpe installed by vumatel, a month later and still no router or internet. If you call them, no one knows what is going on and one blames the other. There customer service and communication is pathetic. I am in a wheelchair yet agent from call centre wants me to get down to the cpe box, which is on ground level and behinf couch to read him a number. Obviously he has no idea what handicapped people can and cannot do. After explaining my situation, he insisted that I get down to box and read him a number which I cant. Not recommended isp. My ref is VOX***8.
