Bad service
Hi i have been trying now for 3 days ro get my fibre to be moved from the house to the flat on sane premises but first off all i did telephically informed you that i was moving end of january i informed you middle december then i was told by one of your technical guys we just have to move the router which i did but that is not going to work as i have what was then the 50mb up and down and the owner had a 10 mb line we are gamers 10 mb will not be enough so this morning i talked to technical again they put me through to sales after half an hour and still no answer this is really bad service please contact me as soon as possible as i am needinh my internet asap i am also working from home. My contact details are ***. I will also be logging a complaint on hallo peter and contacting the ombudsman as you are quick to notify for payment although my account is always paid and even overpaid.

ONT move request comes with a charge for all of our customers. The Network Provider, Frogfoot will charge an installation fee to move any ONT at any premises.
If you would like Vox to proceed , our Technical will be able to arrange the ONT move with Frogfoot.
