Bad service

I have been having problems with this 2 companies, My fiber at home just went off the service light went off and also Wifi 2.4g8z. on my router. Not even one technician is helping me regarding this. i have been on their chat box and no one could assist and am being told about Frogfoot yet I never signed any contract with them i tried to speak to them and they reverted me back to VOX after i had informed them that i have spoken to them already. I am being sent pillar to post am working from home and I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET i tried to plead with them to help nothing
