Bad service

I have yahsat installed which I pay R2000 a month for. So anyway earlier this year about middle March my Hughes Router which was plugged into my ups as well as my billion router Vox fone base and my laptop(it a very big ups yes can handle all the stuff) with a little lightning it blew my Router. <br> <br> But all my other stuff plugged into it is fine. Anyway bought a new one R3000 later and had it for 3 weeks and just like that decides not to work anymore. So as I was going on honeymoon I sent it in and told them they have more than a week to sort it out. We'll nothing has been sorted out yet. My work is all done online and now I have to load data on my dangle which is costing me now R600 and I doubt Vox will refund me that R600. Also I missed a huge teleconference meeting as my Vox void fone doesn't work.<br> <br> Yet I still have to pay them I still get debited R2000 a month and just let me not pay then it letter and Lawyers etc on my case. Only reason I'm using yahsat is because I'm on a plot and can't get adsl.<br> <br> As soon as I move into town I'm canceling Vox and going over to someone else. Slow bad service and poor quality equipment <br> <br> <br> If I loose my job will go apply for one by vox
