Bad Service

Please cancel my subscription with immediate effect I cannot take it anymore your service is very bad. I was told it's not a contract but a month to month to my surprise the amount keeps adding up even when I pay on time. Some amounts i paye don't show on the statement. I make constant payments but everytime there's an outstanding amount
