Bad service

This is the worse service provider ever. The customer service consultants can't assist you, they take you from pillar to post. They me advised that they will blacklist me instead of down grading my option as I can't afford anymore. What a bad service. They are doing false adverti*****t. What a horrible experience 🚮🚮🚮....
