Bad service

Almost 4 months and still no fibre connection from Vox. After a view promises and still nothing it even gets worse as i was informed by Vox to cancel my current request for fibre with Vodacom and now left with no network as Vodacom cancelled even the LTE and the installation ticket. So there should be no hold ups........Vumatel can not confirm any Installations request from ether parties.
